Authors Guidelines

All manuscripts submitted for consideration shall abide by the following standards to ensure high-quality scientific publication.

    Manuscripts and communications are accepted on the understanding that these have not been published nor are being considered for publication elsewhere.

    The International Journal for Science & Applied Research (IJSAR) follows, with minor modifications, the style and format of the Scientific Style and Format: The CBE Manual for Authors, Editors, and Publishers, 1994. 6th (Cambridge University Press, Cambridge).

    Submitted manuscripts are subjected to check for Similarity Index (by applying appropriate software) with the published papers in different journals and various internet sources.

    The copyright belongs to IJSAR. However, we follow an Open Science (Creative Commons) policy allowing immediate free access to published work.

Title Page

Must contain only the title and authors’ names (surname/family name first) and affiliations indicating the corresponding author using superscript asterisk (*) along with his/her email address. Use alphabetical superscripts (a, b, c…) for different affiliations.

Optional: Authors may suggest 3 potential reviewers (Senior Lecturer level or equivalent).

Manuscript Structure

Title

Should be brief and relevant, reflecting contents accurately (No author names here).

Abstract

Concise objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions. Max 250 words. Provide 5–7 keywords.

Introduction

Explains clearly the objectives by giving essential background and relevant literature.

Materials & Methods

Explicitly describe analytical techniques, procedures, and statistical techniques employed.

Results & Discussion

Presented logically using tables and figures, covering implications and corroborating references.

References

List alphabetically by surname. Include author name, year, title, journal/book, volume, and pages.

Peer Review & Fees

Submitted manuscripts shall normally be circulated for peer review without the author(s) name(s).
